Uterine fibroids are considered one of the most common benign tumors reproductive system. This disease ranks second (20–50 %) among causes hospitalization in gynecological hospitals.
 The aim study is to evaluate effect homocysteine levels on state uterine fibroids.
 Materials and Methods. involved 112 women: 60 with 52 without fibroids. General clinical, biochemical, ultrasound, statistical research methods were used. Mathematical data processing was carried out according Lang T. Altman D. (2014). Quantitative analysis normality distribution using Shapiro-Wilk test.
 Results. normal (Hc) level found 80.7 (5.5) % patients fibroids, which statistically more significant than group women myoma (38.3 (6.3) %, p<0.001). HC at upper 33.3 (6.1) main 15.3 (5.0) comparison group. An excess values 25.0 (5.6) only (p<0.001). Due additional therapy myomatous nodes stabilized 61.6 patients. There no progression during a year. Before complex therapy, surgical indications After year remained 6.6 (3.3) less before prescribed treatment (p=0.005).
